COLLECTIVE SALE: How To Identify Enbloc Sites And Manage The Enbloc Process Under The Land Titles (Strata) Act (C2/Level 2)

On completion of the seminar, participants will learn how to apply the content taught in the RES and REA syllabi to real-life real estate practice within the context of assessing whether a property has enbloc potential or not. The attendee will understand the roles and responsibilities of different parties involved in a collective sale process and the potential legal suits estate agent face when carrying out such work.

This seminar is essential for salespersons or agents who wish to add value to the professional/client advisory relationship beyond basic transactional services.



Estate agents, salespersons, homeowners, potential home buyers/sellers and those who wish to know more about the en bloc rules and regulations.
